1. Did you make any fun purchases this week?

I DID!!! I have been looking for a wooden microwave stand for one of the corners in the kitchen…I found one, for $12!!

2. If you could go to any musical concert, what would it be?

Ya baby…Keith Urban, coming up in less than a month now!!!!!!!!!!!

3. What is your least fav/ most fav house chore?

I absolutely HATE washing the floors. I have no idea why, I just do…I love my swiffer though, I only have to wash the floors half as much now!! If you don’t have one of these little babies…go get one NOW!!!

4. Would you prefer new appliances or clothes?

New appliances every single time…or a new drill would make me really happy right now!!!

5. Miracle Whip or Mayo?

Miracle Whip…I don’t dislike Mayo, I just always buy the Miracle Whip…

Totally need to get a swiffer! Less Mopping more Swifting haha! I cant wait to read more DIY Sundays! I love DIY crafts! BTW – I finally found my scissors haha

Love the microwave stand and the price can’t be beat…..Keith Urban is coming in September our way as well and I already got my tickets….can’t wait.

Oh and I love power tools and new appliances. You should see my table saw, my kregg jig, and my really cool other saw that I cannot remember the name of right now–need food. :D

love it when you find good deals. Cool on the concert. I hate cleaning of all kinds–I own a cleaning service company! hahaha! I think God has a sense of humor. I so can’t go with you on the miricle whip girl–what is up wid dat girl??? ;)

I’m too lazy to make a dedicated post on my own blog so here are my answers on your blog, OK? (let me know if you want me to cut it out)…

1. ’60s comedy CDs
2. That’s tough… the best concert I ever went to was Mahavishnu Orchestra in the ’70s…could I go back and relive that night?
3. Fave: Cooking (but I don’t consider it a chore). Least Fave: washing walls and Ceilings.
4. New appliances! I’d love a giant new fridge and a laundry set like you have pictured. Isn’t it outrageous the price they ask for those pesestals? They’re just boxes with a drawer in them!
5. Mayo.

1) Jewels and Wool, makes me happy every time. Making suncatchers, necklaces and ankets for Breast Cancer Fund Raiser. The wool, well I never really have to justify yarn it tells a tale all on it’s own however this is for a hat for new babies Colton and Frankie.

2) I have no favourtie singer, when concerts get announced if it calls me to come I do.

3) I hate all CHORES however they do get done eventually. I have convinced Larry to do the dishwasher, floors and vacumning. I’m working on more however it’s taken 33 years to get these out of him. LOL

4) Appliance or Clothes, I don’t really care. I’m a jeans and T-shirt girl and as long as the appliance does what it’s supposed to do, it can stay.

5) Mayo – I like Miracle Whip, first choice mayo.

Now my turn. I only have two for you.

Passport – tickets????? (Hugs)

Swiffers are LIFE-SAVERS!!! Why couldn’t you or I have invented them?!?! Love the table you found… $12 is quite a steal! I need a good “thrifty” outing here soon… I’m getting the itch ;)

I hate washing floors too! I try to do it as rarely as possible. Who would have thought it’s such a disliked job!
Oh, and clothes for me, appliances don’t turn me on :)
