I had to chuckle. I color my hair and like to play with different products, and sometimes deal with those ‘young’ cashiers that are trying to be so helpful. I know there is supposed to be something to the formula in these products that are geared towards certain colors that enhance them, but if it doesn’t have a tint to it, or you don’t give a shit, I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s your freaking hair! Next time someone makes you feel like an idiot by trying to explain something, just tell them something witty like, “Oh, don’t trouble yourself. It can be truly exhausting trying to explain things to me. I’ll just take this home and have my son look at it, and if it’s not what I want I’ll just return it for an exchange.” I personally like to say things that don’t come across as too rude, but allow them to stand there scratching their head as I walk away wondering if I just insulted them or not.
I use the John Frieda Sheer blonde Dream Creme Instant Silkener. This shit is the bomb too!

Thanks for the tip! I found your blog post on Pantene very helpful! I used it and was wondering why after 3 days my hair got yuk! I no longer use it and switch between Infusium and Dove now. :)

Don’t they do the same product but for brilliant blond? You should have told that lady in the shop that you are using it on your pubes and they are dark :D
